NEW PHASE OF NATION

Where the world is turning virtual, virtual identity has developed a new phase in this century. Even our education system has adopted it happily, students are happily indulge in the online classes, whereas parents are happy that due to virtual classes the kids are engaged in the studies also many of the parents are happy because they are also learning different technologies that they were unaware of.

Education is the root cause to success!! Right from the ancient times education had played a vital role. Education not only gives you bookish knowledge but also makes you a well behaved, well mannered and creates a good image in the society.

Education has be defined in different aspects since ancient times till today, we know that without education we cannot achieve certain goals in the life, as we say food , clothing & shelter are important and basic needs of life , same way today education has also become an basic and important aspect of life.

In ancient times education was given by the gurus, there were no proper schools or school buildings, people use to sit under the tree and t he teachers use to give “Vidhya “i.e. Education to the kids, at that time getting mere a education till 5 or max to max till 10th was a great deal, as that time the things and wish list of the people were limited.

As the series of century was getting upgrade, the education system also started growing. In olden times the education was limited till the bookish knowledge, but later as the technology got updated, education also started upgrading; kids during the school time get the basic knowledge of computer sciences. In ancient times the education kids use to get was just in one language i.e. Sanskrit, but weed the need of time the education system upgraded the languages in English, Hindi & Marathi , later when the educational policies kept on changing the kids got to learn foreign languages too.

Education system in India has provided several chances where every kid had a right to education under Indian Constitution. In India Education to kids is given in stages – Preschool, Primary school, Secondary School, Higher Secondary School and Graduation. The Pre School consisted of age group 3- 5 years, Primary school consisted of kids from age 6-9 years, Secondary school consisted of STD 5-10, and higher education consisted of 11th and 12th whereas graduation was after 12th.

Indian Education system faced lot of problems in growing years , the biggest problem was the poor grading system, the system judges people/student basis on grades, whereas it was unfair for kids those are well in overall performances, but not good in specific subjects.

Indian Education system focused more on theoretical subjects that made them run behind bookish knowledge and not the actual world due to lack of practical knowledge. These made kids run behind getting good marks, but there was lack of attention on what is being taught, so slowly the Indian education system adopted the technique of E- learning that made learning more fun.

Recently the National Education Policy has been adopted a few days ago by the schools, colleges and universities, the policy focuses on all the subjects including life skills too. On July 29 2020 after gap of 34 years, the policy has been updated, it is a policy not a law implementation of its proposal depends on further regulation of state and central government.

The policy has changed the educational structure as 5+3+3+4, the bringing children from age 3 to 5 years will get formal education system for the very first time, vocational education along with internships from STD 6th.

For higher education new umbrella has been made with separate education and standards, it will include arts and science, technical and teacher education into its fold.

Top foreign universities can open their campuses in India as well. , this education system will transform a great change till year 2040. The policy had indeed changed the old system of mugging up the things from books; it had changed the factory production of doctors, engineers and many more

The National Education System may have some problems too,  as the policy talks about the easy exist  , for children to dropout and re enroll in new structure in form of the school  , major reasons to dropout are expensive education , migration push in child labor , marriage lack of interest

Around 5 million children indulge in child labor  , everyone around is in question will this new policy promote the child labor as children at very small age will be allowed to get internships???

Many of the people are opposing this as this National Education Policy may make children careless towards the studies, at time they need to understand every subject , choosing the subjects  at very small age may make the kids confuse. As at the small age of 10-12 years they are not that mature to choose their career wisely, they may choose certain career and later they may feel it’s not of their interest as they turn mature their choices may change as at the early age the career choices change from time to time there is no consistency.

The National Education Policy is not totally wrong, but  it is taking away the innocence of the kid at early age by promoting career opportunity ,whereas even today the kids of teenage need career counseling so is it right on the basis of the career development and subject choosing , learning in the regional language is a very good point  brought in front through National Education Policy as wherever we see foreign language & English language are given most emphasis , this policy will make the kids learn and take interest in the regional language and mother tongue.

National Education Policy is bringing the best phase wherein the kid can be in own country and study through foreign universities , as the policy has given the permit to start the foreign university campus in India itself , so they can study and work for their own nation.

Hope this National Education Policy brings the best for all including teachers, parents and the students as a whole.

The article was written just to throw a light on our education system.

Company Prospectus

The most basic benefit of company law incorporation is that it invites the general public to invest in them. A business with a rating of incorporation owes its establishment to either a special Act of Parliament or company legislation. A corporation is more than just a legal entity. It's more of a legal device for achieving a social and economic goal. As a result, it's a multi-faceted political, social, economic, and legal entity. As a result, the term "business" has been defined in a variety of ways. It is a method of cooperation and organization used in the functioning of a business. According to Lord Justice Lindley, an organization is "an association of several persons who contribute money or money's worth to co-operate in how." The prospectus is only required when the firm wants to raise funds from the general public. Section 2 of the Companies Act of 2013 defines a prospectus (70). A prospect

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT- A Step Towards Achieving Gender Equality! Women play a vital role in the environment, world without women cannot be imagined. They constitute ½ of the world’s population and are equally intelligent like the men. The society had portrayed two different images of the women: one is family oriented and the other modern, working, liberal, independent and educated. In ancient times, women were mother goddess – giving birth, she was Devi, Shakti and Durga. Her life was surrounded around the men, as a daughter dependent on father, in youth age dependent on husband as a wife, in old age dependent on her son.  During Post independence she had also to face gender inequality. Increase in education facilities and opportunity gave a new ray of hope to her, wherein the judiciary system also amended the law and focused more on the protection of women’s right. Today the women have created their own identity in the professional as well as domestic front. Economic independen
